  211.        software code provided to you as part of the Support Services 
  212.        shall be considered part of the CUTEPAGE SOFTWARE and subject 
  213.        to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to 
  214.        technical information you provide to SourceTec as part of the 
  215.        Support Services, SourceTec may use such information for its 
  216.        business purposes, including for product support and 
  217.        development. SourceTec will not utilize such technical

  221.        applicable laws regarding use of the CUTEPAGE SOFTWARE

  226.    terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and 
  227.    conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies

  230. 5. COPYRIGHT. All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in 
  231.    and to the CUTEPAGE SOFTWARE and any copies thereof are owned by 
  232.    SourceTec or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property 
  233.    rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of 
  234.    the CUTEPAGE SOFTWARE is the property of the respective content 
  235.    owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other 
  236.    intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no 
  237.    rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are 
  238.    reserved by SourceTec.

  240. 6. NO WARRANTIES. SourceTec expressly disclaims any warranty for the 
  241.    CUTEPAGE SOFTWARE. THE CUTEPAGE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED 
  242.    DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 
  243.    EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE 
  244.    IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

  254.    or inability to use the CUTEPAGE SOFTWARE or the provision of or 
  255.    failure to provide Support Services, even if SourceTec has been 
  256.    advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, 
  257.    SourceTec's entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall
  258.    be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for 
  259.    the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or US$5.00; provided however, if you have 
  260.    entered into a SourceTec Support Services Agreement, SourceTec's 
  261.    entire liability regarding Support Services shall be governed by 
  262.    the terms of that agreement. Because some countries and 
  263.    jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability,
